ODM samples using existing models take 3-5 days. OEM custom samples require 10-14 days including mold creation. Sample costs range from $50-200 depending on complexity, fully refundable against your first mass production order. We ship samples via express courier (DHL/FedEx) for quick evaluation.
Yes, 100% of your sample fee is credited toward your first mass production order of 500+ units. This policy demonstrates our confidence in product quality and commitment to long-term partnerships. Sample shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
We offer comprehensive customization: product dimensions and structure, steel frame thickness and coating colors, mattress foam density and fabric upholstery, logo printing on frame and packaging, custom packaging design with your branding, instruction manuals in your language, and accessory options like casters and headboards.
Standard ODM orders: 15-20 days after deposit. OEM custom orders: 25-35 days including mold preparation. Peak season (Aug-Oct) may add 5-7 days. We provide production schedules with milestone updates and can expedite urgent orders with our flexible capacity.
Payment: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer and L/C at sight for large orders. Trade terms: FOB Shenzhen (default), CIF, DDP available. For established partners, we offer OA 30-60 days payment terms after 3+ successful orders.
